Training & Development

Induction Program – we have thorough induction program to help new colleagues settle in quickly. There is a standard company and training induction, followed by departmental orientation to give you insight in to the different areas of the company. We have a first week questionnaire which is designed to help you meet every one. Training and Development is on going through out your career with the goal of you reaching your full potential, feeling motivated and valued.


Appraisals

Appraisals are an important part of employee development and enable 360-degree feedback, performance reviews and recognition of success. Personal Objective Plans allow for employees to drive their own development and set goals while fulfilling their job requirements. Formal appraisals are carried out annually, with informal one to ones with managers at regular intervals. In addition LexisNexis Visualfiles managers have a leadership appraisal to promote the qualities needed to be a successful and motivational leader.
